Hello my name is Lisa!
From a young age I have been involved in the world of sports. My passion for sports started with swimming. As a child I had 10 swimming certificates in my pocket and when I was 8 years old I was on the starting blocks for the Dutch Championship competitive swimming for the first time. For eleven years I participated in the National top and I became an expert on my own body in sports and nutrition. I left top sports behind me, because new opportunities came my way, but I can still be found in the swimming pool. In addition, I do fitness, running and pole dancing.
I soon knew that I wanted to transfer my knowledge and skills about sports and exercise to others, so in 2016 I started as a swimming trainer and group lesson coach in fitness while also studying physiotherapy. In the meantime, I have graduated from HBO since 2020 and work as a physiotherapist. In addition to this profession, I have continued to orient myself on how I can get the most out of myself and my clients and I have taken the step to personal training. I am someone who sets high standards for myself and finds it important to deliver high-quality work. I hope to be able to share my knowledge about the human musculoskeletal system, sports, exercise and nutrition with my clients. I think motivating and inspiring people to become a better version of themselves is a super cool challenge.
