In recent years, we have (unintentionally) become accustomed to doing everything from home. Working, studying, grocery shopping, and also exercising and staying active. The latter has not gone down very well with many people. We notice this in our studio.

There is catching up to do in terms of fitness, strength, and a healthy body weight. We see that more and more people are finding their way to our fitness studio in Delft. With this blog, we want to give those who aren't quite there yet a glimpse into our studio from the comfort of their own armchair. So sit back and relax, don't be shy. HOW IT WORKS

Are you ready? Here we go. Click on the link associated with the text "Start the 3D tour". You will start in the largest room, where the extensive bar is located. Here you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea and have a chat. Now, press and hold your mouse on the left side and scroll to the right or left to view the entire room. In the bottom right corner of the screen, you will see a plus sign (+) and a minus sign (-). You can use these to zoom in and out to get a good look at the room up close. When you release the mouse, an arrow will appear. You can follow the arrow with the mouse to enter another room, for example. That is how it works.

Now that you've taken a look inside, you probably want to know what Fitst Class Fitness Delft has to offer? We work with well-trained and up-to-date personal trainers who provide one-on-one, duo, and small group training. We pay a lot of attention to you as an individual. All our training sessions come with a personal plan to achieve your goals. This may include nutritional coaching and lifestyle coaching. WHERE CAN YOU FIND US

First Class Fitness is located at Schieweg 1 in Delft. There is a spacious parking lot in front of the building where you can park for free. You do not have to drive through the city, so we are also easily accessible if you are coming from a surrounding town such as Pijnacker, Schipluiden, Den Hoorn, or Delfgauw.
