Every month a new full-body circuit training, specially designed for people who want to work on their strength and fitness without going to extremes. Varied, accessible and effective!
Centered Stability

H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training)

Ja, om zeker te zijn van je plek reserveren we, maar er is meestal wel genoeg plek in onze lessen. Dit komt omdat we een ruim aanbod hebben.
