Muscle Mania
The goal of the Muscle Mania class is to build muscle mass and get stronger. It's a full-body circuit training session with 12 different exercises focused on muscle building and a bit of conditioning. Expect a complete workout that will hit all the major muscle groups and leave the studio feeling great!

W.O.M. (Workout of the Month)
The goal of the Workout of the Month is to build muscle mass and improve your fitness. It's a full-body circuit training program that focuses on the large muscle groups and the core. You'll do twelve challenging exercises with short rest periods, so you'll not only become stronger but also get a solid boost in your fitness!

Power Circuit
The goal of the Power Circuit class is to improve your fitness and build muscle mass. It's an energetic circuit training session with three full rounds of twelve exercises, with no rest between sets. The class is fun, varied, and flies by—perfect if you want to work on strength, endurance, and a healthy dose of energy!

B.B.B. (Billen, Benen & Buik)
The goal of the B.B.B. class is to strengthen and sculpt your lower body. The focus is entirely on your glutes, legs, and abs; no upper-body exercises, but pure attention to the lower body. Expect a challenging and effective workout that will work on strength, stability, and form!

H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training)
The goal of the H.I.I.T. class is to improve your fitness and increase your muscular endurance. This high-intensity interval training focuses on fitness and muscle strength. We use a Tabata timer: short, powerful blocks with minimal rest. A class full of pace, energy, and challenge, perfect for those who want to give their all in a short time!
