WHO AM I
With a background in top-level sports, teaching gym and very sporty parents, I have been sporty all my life. In the short time of 4 years I have made great strides as a Personal Trainer and Group Lesson Instructor. So of course I can also be found regularly in the gym. Outside of the gym I like relaxation and rest. Whether that is a walk in nature, a sauna session or just playing games with my friends, it doesn't matter! As long as it is nice and relaxed.
FEELING GOOD DURING EXERCISE
What I focus on during training is the so-called “Feel good factor”. For me it is important that people feel good and healthy, and that this happiness/well-being/peace comes from within. This is possible for everyone, and that is why I work from the Optimum Performance Training (OPT) model, for an intrigued and complete approach during training. A “hard approach” is not always convenient, so you will also notice that I give training with a calm “approach”, to ensure that you can train calmly and at ease. Hard work is important, but I do want you to continue to enjoy it!
MY SPECIALTIES
My specialties are improving and training your posture and movement. I combine this with an intrigued and goal-oriented approach to help you just that little bit further in achieving your goals! In addition, I always come with a calm and relaxed approach, to make you feel at ease, so that you can also feel at home in the gym!
