After working in defense for 14 years now, in various operational positions, my passion for sports and vital life has grown year after year. I have a drive to continue to grow both physically and mentally and I really enjoy sharing these experiences and helping others. That is why I started training to become a personal trainer so that I could work on this with full conviction. I stand for “science-based” development of yourself. There is so much information out there these days, but what really works? And how does it work? What are the actual effects, benefits or catches?
I continue to figure out these kinds of things with the current knowledge in the world of fitness and health. With this knowledge I also want to help you move forward and get the best out of yourself. Because I am convinced that you too can achieve your goals with the right support.
NO NONSENSE STORIES
Olcay does not believe nonsense stories. What he means by this is achieving goals in becoming fitter and stronger that are either going too fast or with unproven claims. It's an easy sell to promise people quick results. However, the truth in sustainable behavioral change and results lies in patience and the right guidance. That's what Olcay stands for.
