This is how nutrition coaching works at First Class Fitness
We don't believe in standard lists or “one perfect diet”. Everyone is different – and that requires a personal approach.
Step 1 – Intake & goal determination
We start with an extensive intake. We discuss your goals (such as weight loss, muscle building or simply eating healthier), your current eating habits and your daily rhythm.
Step 2 – Analysis of your diet and lifestyle
Together we look at what your diet looks like now. You keep track of your meals for a few days in our handy nutrition app. This way we immediately see where gains can be made – without having to change everything.
Step 3 – Personal nutrition plan
You will receive advice that suits your preferences. No diet, but practical adjustments that you can maintain. We pay attention tobalance, flexibility and realism – because a plan only works if it fits your life.
Step 4 – Guidance and feedback
Your nutrition coach regularly checks the app with you, gives tips and helps during difficult moments. Together we ensure that it does not stop at just “starting well”, but that you really maintain the result.

Everyone starts with a free intake interview, in which we discuss your goals and current eating habits. We will then determine together which guidance suits you best.
