It is not without reason that group lessons are very popular in our studio, training together in a small group is also really fun. The range of group lessons at our studio is extensive during the week in the evenings or at the weekend, and there are group lessons to choose from every day of the week.

RESERVE GROUP CLASSES

Depending on the subscription you take with us, you will receive credits every week. You can use these credits to book your group lesson via our app. The advantage of this is that you can choose which lesson you want to take. If you are unable to participate in a group lesson for a week, you can take another one the following week. The credits remain valid for two months• Training in small groups • Fun & varied • For all ages • Condition & strength

WHAT IS MUSCLE MANIA?
Muscle Mania is a circuit training that focuses on training your entire body and building up some fitness. A trainer prepares 12 different exercises that together form a total group lesson. The trainer stands in the middle and ensures that the group lesson runs smoothly by correcting and of course motivating everyone.  → gratis proefles

WAT IS H.I.I.T.?
S.H.I.T. stands for Short High Intensive Training and is a nice and tough group lesson to boost your fitness. After a warm-up you have an explosive part of around 30 minutes, which is followed by a cool down of about 15 minutes. Your heart rate increases well and the pace

WHAT IS CENTERED STABILITY?
Does your life need more balance? Work on your balance and strengthen your core with targeted exercises that contribute to a strong and stable body.

 

WAT IS B.B.B.?
Buttocks, Legs & Abdomen (BBB) is a group lesson aimed at stimulating fat burning and strengthening the "three B's". This hour combines cardio and strength training. Strong abdominal and gluteal muscles ensure that your back is put under less strain.
